Graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from Université Clermont-Auvergne (France), I went on to complete a Master’s degree in Kinesiology between Université Laval and Université Clermont-Auvergne, which allowed me to enrich my background through a dual international experience.
What I am most passionate about in my work is the therapeutic relationship and the human aspect of care. I place great importance on active listening and building a trusting relationship with each of my clients. My practice is based on a holistic approach inspired by the biopsychosocial model, where each person is considered as a whole in order to provide personalized care adapted to their reality.
I particularly enjoy working with individuals experiencing musculoskeletal conditions or metabolic disorders. I strongly believe that adherence to treatment comes from mutual understanding, clear objectives, and compassionate support.
What motivates me daily is the richness of human connections and the privilege of supporting my clients in achieving their goals, whether it is regaining confidence in their bodies, returning to their activities, or simply improving their quality of life.
Outside the clinic, I enjoy reading, drawing, and outdoor activities. I regularly practice hiking, road and trail running, road cycling, and strength training.
My philosophy of care can be summed up by one simple belief: every small step matters and deserves to be acknowledged.
