Ariane Ouellet

Graduated with a Master’s degree in Physiotherapy from Université Laval in 2020, I am driven by a deep desire to help others. My client-centered approach places empathy at the heart of every session, creating an environment of trust and support where each person feels heard and understood.

What I am most passionate about in my daily work is the diversity of challenges my profession offers: every patient represents a unique story to support toward improved well-being. This variety continually enriches my practice and fuels my desire to make a meaningful and positive difference in people’s lives. I have a particular interest and expertise in the treatment of shoulder conditions, an area in which I continue to expand my knowledge in order to provide my patients with increasingly personalized care.

As an enthusiastic participant in activities such as running, spinning, hiking, and long walks, I enjoy sharing these interests with my patients to encourage them to discover the joy of movement and the benefits of an active lifestyle.

If I could offer one piece of advice to anyone wishing to preserve their long-term health, it would be to keep moving regularly for as long as possible, because every movement contributes to maintaining the vitality of both body and mind.

For me, supporting patients means inspiring each individual to become an active participant in their own well-being.
